De-Identified Data
We may use de-identified personal data to fulfill contracted services and measure advertisement performance. This information cannot be linked to an individual or household. Veteran Claims Assistance is committed to maintaining this data in de-identified form. Employees are prohibited from attempting to re-identify this data, and we require any third-party processors to comply with the same restrictions.

Storage
Personal data such as name, email address, Social Security number, Protected Health Information (PHI), address, and telephone number is stored securely behind a firewall on servers hosted by Keap, Zoho, and/or Dropbox—each a HIPAA-compliant third-party provider.
Payment
Payments are processed through Stripe or Square, a third-party payment processor. Veteran Claims Simplified never sees or stores your payment card information. Stripe & Square follow Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) requirements to safeguard your data.
How We Share the Information We Collect
Service Providers.
We may share information with service providers that assist us in providing our Services. These providers are not permitted to use the information for their own purposes.
Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
